Holy cow what great service! We got a flat tire on our boat trailer about 25 miles out of town. Spoke with Austin on the phone and he got everything handled, was out to us and tire fixed within 40 minutes from calling. So nice and professional! Thank you for all your help Austin!

This rating has been earned over several years and visits. I spent over $1,000 on tires that I could get at another shop for $750. The last time I took my car in they charged $125 for an oil change (I’ve never spent more than $100 elsewhere) and they refused to rotate the tires they put on. The tires had 20,000 ish miles and were in such bad shape they told me I needed to replace them immediately. When I tried to utilize “America’s Best Tire Warranty” all of a sudden my alignment was off which voids the warranty. When I rotated the tires 5,000 miles prior that wasn’t an issue and when I took my car to another shop after this visit, it wasn’t an issue. I’ve tried giving Les Schwab a far chance, but have continually been let down.

This company has always done customer service right! The service I got from these folks in Butte was top notch! I am so happy that Les Schwab as maintained the same service as they did nearly 30 years ago when I first walked into one of their shops in Idaho! They will definitely get my business here from now on! And, free popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate and...wait for it...ICE CREAM while you wait!!! Thank you Butte Les Schwab for giving me hope in customer service 🙏

I went in today not knowing which tires I wanted as one had given out on me while heading to work. Amaiya (apologies if incorrectly spelled) was not only welcoming and professional, but showed much grace and patience with helping me decide size and which tires to purchase. I did not catch her name, but the woman on the phone was giving the same kind vibes to the person she was speaking with. The man who helped me when picking up was also helpful and kind. Great staff, will be coming back!
